I did a search, but got nothing directly addressing tingling of the epididymis (back of scrotum). I get a random tingling of the back of my scrotum a dozen+ times per day. The sensation is NOT painful and lasts about 5-10 seconds then goes away. It happens totally randomly. Anybody else have this issue?

I have also had this for about the past 2 years, although it lasts longer than 5-10 seconds when it occurs, more like a 10 or 20 minutes. Brought it up at my urology appointment and he completely blew it off. Also couldn't find anything on the internet related to it. More fin damage I'm sure.

This online urologist claims this is from something called Epididymitis or inflammation of epididymis:

I also am experience this and this feeling is different from the burning that occurs randomly or a few hours after masterbating.
