Started taking fin and looking back now I can see there were immediate changes in personality, loss of impulse control, anxiety, panic attacks, sleeping problems and more scatterbrained. I was really busy and stressed and had know idea about fin side effects so I didn't put this together. After about 7 weeks i started noticing reduced framerate vision and brain fog. Finally found Propeciahelp, freaked out, and stopped cold turkey. Brain flog lifted for 6 weeks and I thought I was in the clear. Then I crashed with bad bad cognitive impairment, derealization, and early morning insomnia. This all continues and now my skin is thinning and i'm gaining a lot of weight. Life destroyed.

You're not screwed. You're young enough to repair the damage and were old enough when you crashed to know who you are. You did not screw your adult life before it began like a lot of us did. First and foremost you need to flood DHT back into your system because that's the cause of most of your symptoms like mental disability and muscle weakness. Immediately start taking the supplements Tyrosine, Choline, and Carnitine and eat Sorghum pronto. They have the various sorts of grains online and you might even find it or at least the gluten-free flour locally at the yuppie stores like Whole Foods. Get the translation for it into the various languages and check in ethnic Chinese/Indian/African/South American grocery stores (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sorghum)
