I visited 3 doctors, but none of these treated me at all, I think this is because they don´t know how and because I quit only some weeks ago.

17) Tell us your story, in your own words, about your Finasteride usage and side effects experienced while on/off the drug.
First I thought Finasteride must be a miracle, my hair grows only after a week or two. I felt so powerful, made over 300 ! pushups one evening. I think I looked younger. After this weeks I noticed rings under the eyes (which seem to disappear). I had sleeping problems, which I could not connect to Fin. But I had not his sex drive after some days, which felt not so bad at the beginning. In this 7 weeks I did masturbation only 4-5 times. When I realized I had a weak erection I was shocked and stopped taking propecia immediatly. In this time I got to know my girlfriend (which I still have). We tried to have sex - I can get an errection when I am with here but it is not the same as before and so we cannot have real sex. I had a bigger breast, but this seems to go away. The sexual effects were concerning me in the first weeks. I read more about this in the internet, specialists say it is reversibel - user say it is maybe not. So I feeling a little depressed about that, but I had in mind that this cannot be possible. So stayed just calm before I had a really emotional crash in the last week. I was really scared, was thinking about to kill myself, but that won´t help me I think. I read so much of the stuff that is posted in here and I want that I can recover. Hopefully at least the mental side effects go away or can be handled by any drugs. So I decided to go to the Dr. from Belgian "hertoghe" (his link his listed on this side). I was wondering if anybody of you guys (from Europe, or at its best from Germany) was ever visiting him and treated by him - maybe with succes?

I've heard a few of his patients say Hertoghe takes Fin himself....

He is really taking this stuff. (Stupid) Yeah I read this one minute before I am writting this. Don´t believe it. But they were really quick as they answered last week. I think they are really expensive. A dude also from Germany write me, that there is obviously somebody in Germany how is may able to treat me. Is there anyone else from Germany who can tell me a good Dr.? Is there at least somebody who recovered naturally or recovered by drugs or by hormon therapy?

Recovery is still possible. For many, 7 weeks is not enough time for your body to normalize.

I started to take St. Peters wort (Johannes-Kraut), don´t know if you have this in USA, UK or ... It´s brings me a little bit down, so I don´t have anxiety anymore so much. For sleeping I took valerian (Baldrian), has a got effect to get to sleep, but I still wake up in the middle of the night and can´t get back to sleep. I ordered Cialis and want to take at sunday (-: (this is feeling so weird). Question to you out there, do you have good results with that? I read that it doesn´t work for some...

I had my crash 9 weeks ago. It´s is realy a nightmare and I just took one, yes olny one.

I had good results with Cialis for a while but it lost efficacy after several months of continued use. However, I probably used it way more often than anyone should (every 2 days). As far as ED drugs go, most respond to Cialis over Levitra and Viagra. I have taken those two as well Levitra gave my wang a little kick but Viagra did nothing.

Every man's body is different so you're best off trying all three to see which works best for you.

I still have another question. Is it possible for us to have kids? Is there really a mutation of our genetic? or is this just a theorie? Anybody has a solution about the sleeping problem?

Cialis works, not this great but I could keep him hard, so I had just nice sex.

My dentist just confirmed my teeth had gotten much worse in just 6months. Funny, since the only thing I drink is water and I dont eat sugar in any form, I also brush my teeth twice a day and use mouthwash..

Bad immunsystem! Stress, bad bloodflow. Guess most have Problem with the gum?
In this case, use a soft Tbrush. If you avoid cofe and greentea. just use it as mouthwater. Every mouth water with to much Alc inside is, well against bac. but is bad for the gum.
Better natural stuff, like sage, greentea etc. all that is good for bloodflow of the gum.

just want to tell you that my girlfriend broke up with last night. I can truly understand her, I am not longer the same.

Guess what I was feeling when she was telling that we should stop seeing each other?

right - NOTHING - no pain, no anger, - I didn´t care at all. She was crying - but I didn´t even notice a thing - no emotions.

I don´t know how to go on. I can´t feel, I can´t sleep. My heart is beating. My liver and my kidneys are painfull, my muscles are weak. And I don´t feel anything sexual, have so much problems to achieve an erection - but this is just symptom of this desease and not the problem at all. And again my penis and my testicles are hurting a lot and still getting smaller. What the hell is going on with me?

You know I am from Germany - and I think Merck is a German company (is this true). If I go to the companies hc and **** some people and they notice that is caused by propecia it maybe stops this terrible drug for all times!!!! I just need a gun.

Merck is an American company.
There is also a German Merck but it has nothing to do with Finasterid. It is sometimes misleading and some people believe that Merck is German but it is in fact American.
Nevertheless it doesn't matter.
