Found a study where young people's PSA was measured in the process and it seems like we're totally normal for PSA actually.

So sorry for the misinformation.

Solonjk may be right and I have thought about that idea too. But i understand that it is supposed to leak into the blood in some amount and if there's absolutely no PSA it may also mean that you have no epithelial cells in your prostate anymore. It could indicate that.
So tell us, Solonjk, how do we get information about the prostate secretion producing cells in the prostate? Biopsy only? We need to know, if there's enough of them or not.

Mew take a look

the Pro-State massager

and now take a look here

http://www.highisland.com/images/20TOUNJ.pdf

"Columbia University medical center".... research paper about the prostate massager

and also take a look at those testimonials

http://www.highisland.com/pm_testimonials.php

"I am a 37 year old man who has been suffering from ED for about 2+ years. During that time, my doctor had me on several antibiotics, which did not change any symptom. He said that I have prostatitis, and that the antibiotics wouldn”t help. After a week and a half of using your product, it”s like I"m totally back to normal. Why don"t doctor know about this? I feel like I"ve wasted two years of my life."

"For the last 5 years I have been having trouble with my prostate. The
constant pain, all of the trips to the urologist, all of the different
drugs and for basically nothing. With the Pro-State, I have no pain in
my prostate and am back to having erections, spontaneous and just when
I want or need one
."

"Some of the health improvements include:
• Better control of urination and less frequency
Better erections
• Overall calmness and relaxation (fantastic tension releaser)
• Improved bowel movements
• Lowered blood pressure
• Clarity of thinking after massage"

"The device has helped so much. I was unable to achieve a satisfactory
erectioin without viagra before the device
. With it I am able to get a
wonderful erection and maintaine it. It took some time and work but its
worth the effort."

"Let me first say this is not a toy or a butt plug. Kudos to the inventors. Gone are the frequent bathroom breaks both day and especially nights. Back are the nighttime erections and very peaceful feeling both during and after use"

"There was another benefit of using the Pro-State that I was not aware of until I had been using it for a couple of months...it really improved my erectile and genital function. When I started with this treatment I did not realize that poor erections and low-drive could be caused by a dysfunctional prostate. I had simply put it down to age and had prepared to live with it!"

"I am 55 years old, and I was not very active with my sex life. But since I have used the Pro-State, I have had a morning erection. This proves to me that this product is working for me. I am very happy with the results – keeping my prostate well and having a good feeling each use."

and all backed by research from a very good university..
it seems that after all a prostate massager can help with erections more than hormones or other crap can

PSA is not a very precise figure man but in general healthy young adults have very close to 0. Not absolute but close to zeroish. 0.1, 0.2.
A level of 0.5-1.0 at a young age (20-25 years old) means there is something going on. Offcourse too many things may be going on in there (recent ejaculation, straining activity), and its not absolutely a sign of bad prostate health, but its not also exactly a perfectly healthy prostate if you know what i mean. It could be the start of bph or the start of an inflammation. But definately something.
Its like the low grade fever states of 36.8-37.2 C. Doctors reckon that some mild inflammations or infections may cause this, but they suggest watching rather than intervening.

Still:
In a multivariate regression analysis, we found
that at baseline, prostate volume was directly correlated
with serum PSA level and both percent and
volume of epithelium, that is, the large prostate
glands were associated with high serum PSA levels
and with both a relative and an absolute epithelial
richness. Long-term change in prostate volume
was directly correlated with baseline prostate volume,
serum PSA level, and both percent and volume
of epithelium.
