Great article on current and future treatments.

Gene therapy injected directly into penis will be a treatment available in the near future.

I don't understand why people are interested in potential treatments for PFS symptoms that start by targeting the penis.

Some people with PFS have developed peyroine's and others have lost penile tissue via atrophy.

Donkey Boy- you are 100% right. Way too much media attention has been given to the highly publicized ercetile dysfunction. This goes way deeper than that and the penis is not the root cause, it is a symptom of what I believe an underlying hormonal/neural transmitter disruption. Treating the penis will do absolutely nothing. Most people who get the bent penis/peyronies go for doplers and it shows no plaque or calcifications. Furthermore, like myself, mine happened overnight!!
