I don't know how to distinguish between Loss of Libido and E.D/Impotence. They are two sides of the same (malfunctioning) coin for me.

I want to want to fuck. And I want my dick to work w/o hesitation like it used to.

When I am at my "best" due to some regimen I've been tweaking for the last year, I might have marginally better erectile ability (largely via manual stimulation--but still FAR from ANYTHING normal/healthy/ideal), and might require less cialis if I want to test-fuck, but the experience is muted, dull and lacking in the normal, healthy euphoria.

So would it be better to have strong desire and then rely on injections or PDE5Is? In a way, yes.

But it would be practical and create the appearance of a normal life if I could get it up and faked the pleasure.

Ultimately, I need/want both the primal lust and mind-blowing orgasms.
