Coming to terms

Started: 24 Dec 2011
Stopped: 08 Jan 2012
Location: UK
The following results were recorded 3 months after I came off Propecia.

Serum sex hormone binding glob: 27 (13-71 nmol/L)
Serum testosterone (c): 17 (9.25-55.8 nmol/L)

Any feedback or comments are welcome.
I assume my results are at the low end of the spectrum considering I'm in my early 30s.

Which tests should I get done next? I'd like to know the essential ones for now in order to keep costs down.
