Anyone tried to take l arginine and viagra, is it make stronger erection?

I've used large amounts (around 5 grams a day) along with Cialis 2.5 mg. I'm sure it increases the effect, but it also increases the frequency of side effects in my case, which are headache and brain fog. I'm using Cialis once a day, and I have to take a few days break once a month to make those side effects subside. Using Cialis once a day, probably causes NO and cGMP to accumulate. If you really want to improve the efficacy of PDE-5 inhibitors, you have to adjust the androgen/estrogen ratio in favor of androgens. You have too much estrogen if you don't have morning erections. The literature says that the pills won't work without libido, and a good testosterone/estradiol ratio is critical according to my experience. That said, other hormones like DHT, dopamine and prolactin, affects libido as well.

Yes, it is a risk for priapism. If you try this start with small doses and work your way up and be careful.
