What do you mean by success and what dose?

I have used 200-400mg pretty regularaly for the past 5 years and do not notice anything "out of the ordinary".

i'm having a mild improvement on beclometasone (and lipoic acid), however, i can't say if is caused by treatment or is the usual cyclic upndown

was thinking about taking this.. but found out it decreases nitric oxide, i've found things to do this are bad for us. can anyone else report on their review of this?

I need updates on it, positive and negative. I read a lot about its benefits on the internet but on the same time some say it has side effects.

I'm not seeing any significant effects, but I've only been taking it for two weeks.

I'm feeling better after I started taking it twice a day, but I also started naltrexone and custom amino acids at the same time.

so you don't know what is causing what? you should go with one at time, too many variables too much confusion.

Takes too much time to see the effects. Supplements can take months before you notice something happening. I'm going to start cutting out things instead, and see if I feel worse/better.
