Guys

I am are very worried I don't know it is me only or some body else also havig the same thing. My testicles instead of being round they are becoming very cylindrical shape, narrow thing and at the bottom pointy. They are kind of thumb shaped instead of being round. I don't know if it is normal. I am attaching sketch so that people can see what I mean.

It's probably because your body is producing less testosterone & semen.
Mine also looked like this for quite a long time. They looked like an old man's nuts. I went for an ultrasound and everything came back fine.

When I started using the ball zinger they cam back up to a round shape. They are always firm and round now. Why haven't you tried the zinger yet? I believe I recal you posting on that thread.

I did used Bzinger for few days did not see any result took them off. I will use them again.

so what your doctor said that this weired looking shape is normal? would they ever become normal again?

Welcome to the club mate. When did this happen to your testicles?? I started seeing this difference a couple years ago. There are some others complaining of this as well.

I tried to increase testosterone production with some LH boosting substance and got testicular atrophy and inflammation 2 days later and change/elongation/narrowing in their shape. Yet testosterone levels are the same always so is LH/FSH. I feel i have androgen receptor oversensitivity since then.
Any thing that will give rise to my testosterone levels (even increasing dopamine levels) will deplete further more my testicles in 2-3 days and this condition is permanent. There is no way to reverse it or i havent found it yet, so i dont play with that any more.

So after experimenting back and forth between the HPA and HPG i finally run to the conclusion that most of neurotransmitters/steroids/peptides that compose CRF are also used up to create GnRH so what we actually are lacking is the chemicals in our brains to provide for the GnRH neurons. This lowered GnRH output in turn which offcourse has to do with lowered 5-arII and DhT levels is the reason why we are suffering from this peculiar form of hypogonadism. LH/FSH levels are normal to slightly subnormal, testo levels are normal to slightly subnormal but the problem is not there, it is in the hypothalamus and the lack of enough chemicals to create enough GnRH. Its a total suppression of HPG axis. Why do your testicles get this shape though?? This is because of lack of DhT it is necessary to sustain their shape and size, in its absence cells are driven to premature death.

Do you testicles ever hurt??

Have you tried increasing their size with Tamoxifen or Clomiphene? Because thats my major concern, if it is possible to do so nowadays

I have not used clomid or testim yet. My testicles get this shape when I am inactive and sitting for long time. No they don't hurt. they go to this shape then come back and become normal.

I am thinking of doing HCG injection once /week just to keep my testicles alive. do you have any suggestion?

Better would be tamoxifen i guess or clomid than HCG. instead of hcg use some tribulus and see what happens its weaker but also does the job. People use it to get pregnant and to overcome overtraining.

They look like they are sagging right? I would say mine almost had a deflated look to them most of the time. They have not looked that again since I began using the zinger. I also recall CD saying the same.
I also noticed a surge in energy at the same time. An increase in T? who knows, but I felt better within a coupe of days.

Give the zinger a try again. YOu only waited three days. Give it a couple of weeks. Hell you already paid for it, so it won' t cost you anything.

Mine get fucked up if i use zinc. It depletes the dht out of them since it is said to block T to DhT conversion. Offcourse initially that isnt the case, but after a while it happens. Thats why all doctors if you ask them they tell you take zinc for your hair.

wow solonjk didn't know this. Zinc gives me an awful feeling now...
