I am thinking about getting one of these. It can actually break down how well you are sleeping based on how long you spend in certain phases of sleep (REM, ect.). It would probably help us in proving to medical experts our condition is real apart from a sleeper study which may not be feasible for some people.

good idea - i remember when younger thinking i never dreampt...now I swear i'm always dreaming. REM phase never ends
