Well it varies depending on what sleeping habits are at the moment, and I don't always feel better during this time of day just some days, maybe a few times a month. But 10pm- 3am is usually the sweet spot where I will sometimes feel something like maybe a 50-75% reduction in the harshness of the side effects.

Testicles will hang loose, whole genetial area tends to feel healthier during these rare times. Even will feel more energy overall.
