Well, I cycle my supps. And the only thing I care about is, what makes me feel better. I also can sit down and wait, or give my body, what it needs atm.

Update:

I would say, this was the best evening I had since the last 3month. Honestly I fellt like 90% of my old self for a few hours. I did nothing and I dont know why. I think my magic cure for this evening was my wonderfull Girlfriend. When I see her I always just want to jump on her. If there is a cure for me, she is it!

Time for some update:

The last Days I had very very had depressions and I only wanted to die, I was very weak.
Now the good Things, Sperm looks still totaly normal now like prefin and I have the urge to have Sex. My extrem Hairloss is still back to normal. The Depris went away today, may be I got them by taking melatonin for sleep. Im not sure, but it seems like that. I hate that ups and down.

no thanks for that! Most of the doc´s worldwide see it as a Problem. But there are a few, that know the Problem.

Time 4 some Update:

I had some very bad sleep issus, First weeks after fin I was able to sleep well and had good deep sleep, this went wose . Now after taking Zolpidemtartrat (Zolpidem, Ambien) for a few days I am able again to fall into a deep sleep even without the drug. I general I would say I much better in some symptoms. My lowerback pain is gone. My depressions are much better, because of the better sleep. I´m sure the melatonin made them worse. My Penis, is still shrunken, but the numbfelling is going slowly away. I is like, a few weeks ago I had a slight feeling back, than gone, came back for a few day´s, took hold on a bit longer, than gone away, than coming back and its improving now for 4 days. Same for my scrotal skin. After fin it went all very strange, looking early like normal skin, "the male" smell was gone. Than I had some days, where it came back and fall of again. Now its very normal again and it seems to stay like that. For me it feels now, after way down the track, that some things come back, fall of for a while but the improvements take hold on longer. I wold say, now looking back, my worst time has been 2,5 Month after fin. My "crash" is nealry 4 month ago. I´m nearly supp. free, only multivitamin pills and some amino acids. And Im realy not sure, what made this changes.

Sexual
[x] Loss of Libido / Sex Drive I think I never lost it totaly, but I think its also improving
[x] Erectile Dysfunction was worse 2,5 month after fin. now also better
[ ] Complete Impotence
[x] Loss of Morning Erections get them more often now, sometimes soft sometimes good
[x] Loss of Spontaneous Erections Still get them, but only with my wonderfull GF
[ ] Loss of Nocturnal Erections
[ ] Watery Ejaculate
[ ] Reduced Ejaculate Also went worse, now back to normal.
[ ] Inability to Ejaculate / Orgasm same here, now can have a good orgasm
[ ] Reduced Sperm Count / Motility

[ ] Emotional Blunting / Emotionally Flat
[ ] Difficulty Focusing / Concentrating
[ ] Confusion (had this before fin)

[x ] Penile Tissue Changes (narrowing, shrinkage, wrinkled) Still, but it now looks sometimes much better and even can look 100% normal(very rare)

[x] Testicular Shrinkage / Loss of Fullness no change
[x] Genital numbness / sensitivity decrease getting better, sometimes to 100%
[ ] Weight Gain Started a few month after fin, now stoped
[ ] Gynecomastia (male breasts)
[x] Muscle Wastage Stoped and I am able to but on muscles again
[ ] Muscle Weakness

[ ] Dry / Dark Circles under eyes

[x] Prostate pain Nearly 99% gone, had it again for only a few minutes and very slight
[ ] Persistent Fatigue / Exhaustion Started 2 Month after fin and is now getting much better
[ ] Stomach Pains / Digestion Problems Started also later and is now back to normal
[ ] Constipation / "Poo Pellets" Started a few month after fin, now back to normal

[x] Increased hair loss Totaly back to prefin
[ ] Frequent urination Started also later and was very very bad, soft flow etc, dripping now much better 90%

I think you shouldn't make any assumptions based on one row of blood tests. Get many more done and see, if really they all are significantly lower. Also try to do them on the same season you did the pre-finasteride test. I'm 99,99% sure, it's just a coincidence.
I have done many blood tests and have paniced many times, when the values are suddenly a little bit off. But most of the time they haven't been, so I'm happy. I had one really bad blood test, where my estradiol was above the range high and T was in the middle of the reference. I was totally freaked out after that one, but after that I got very many good results, which have made me forget about that one.
And severe depression might affect the hormones -- they're all connected through the hypothalamus.

Honestly, I think most of the Bloodtest are wasting money.



Hormones might affet depressions too. My very bad depressions came later and first started to get worse, now I´m much better on the depression side.

Today I can say, my libido was down very down. On what I saw today...I get an erection again only by thinking of sex.. im relay improving on the sexualside. Erections are getting better and harder... but I realy lost some size, I was so happy with my size before fin ...and still have sometimes a numb feeling

All Im doing is akupunkture, multivitamins and some Aminoacids (sometimes)

But when you slightly pull or shake it (not until you get an erection), when it's shrinked, does it become normal again or you can do nothing about it?

well, when I touch it, it can become normal again but its getting harder much quicker. but even when erect I lost a bit grith....but sometimes it´s also back to normal. Yesterday, I was in a underwearstore with my GF and get an erection.... I hope things will improve more.

So not much has changed for me, I have still a lot of ups and down. It also has no real pattern.
every few weeks, I get some hughe ups, but they are always better and better than before.
Im totaly able to have sex, not loosing any erection even not after having my fun. My Orgasmus is much better than before fin. Its realy weird. But im very weak...

Thanks lennon, we all deserve it. But some things also get worse and wos like my muscle loss and im realy weak, but i will work on this. I dont know how i should work like this. I loved the work with patients.....

perhaps try some light exercise, and afterwards make a protein shake containing "whey protein" ... it may help, it may do nothing, but it is worth a shot ... my muscles are destroyed since all of this, it is truly amazing
