your being paranoid. go camping it'll do a world of good for you. I've been taking mini holdiays when i get a couple of RDO's makes you feel a tonne better. Best thing I did was went to natural springs, felt relaxed was amazing.

I climbed a 6,000 foot mountain ... Wasn't as easy as before pfs but u don't have muscle wastage so wasn't that bad.
